To be eligible, you must contact us promptly after receiving (or not receiving) your order. Please do not discard any products or packaging until your case is resolved, as we may request photos or other evidence.
Because many of our products are perishable food items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accept physical returns of food products for safety and hygiene reasons. Instead, we will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement shipment depending on the circumstances.
