Golden Gate Eagle LLC ("GGE," "IndoMeals," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering authentic Indian meals, snacks, gravies, pantry essentials, and related products safely and efficiently throughout the United States.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered when you purchase products from www.indomeals.us.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


 

1. Shipping Coverage

IndoMeals currently ships throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select U.S. territories where carrier service is available.

Shipping availability may vary based on destination, carrier restrictions, product type, and serviceability.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict shipments to locations where delivery cannot be completed safely, efficiently, or reliably.


 

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed:

After daily order cut-off times
On weekends
On holidays

will begin processing on the next business day.

During promotional events, holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended.


 

3. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping carriers, including:

FedEx
Other approved regional carriers

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, weight, service availability, and operational requirements.

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed during checkout.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may require up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.


 

8. Food Product Deliveries

Many IndoMeals products are food items intended for personal consumption.

To maintain product quality:

Customers should ensure packages are received promptly.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
Products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging immediately upon receipt.

IndoMeals is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from:

Packages left unattended after delivery
Delayed retrieval of delivered packages
Improper storage after delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Delivery delays may occur.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Returned shipments may require payment of reshipping fees.

IndoMeals is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


 

10. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately due to:

Inventory availability
Warehouse logistics
Packaging requirements
Carrier limitations

If an order is shipped in multiple packages:

No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

 

11. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost during transit, customers should contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We may assist in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.


 

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows a package as delivered:

Customers should first:

Check around the delivery location.
Contact household members or neighbors.
Contact apartment management offices if applicable.
Contact the carrier directly.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, IndoMeals cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement but may assist with carrier claim investigations where appropriate.


 

12. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears compromised during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photographs of the product
Photographs of the shipping box
Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.


 

13. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent fraudulent activity, IndoMeals reserves the right to:

Verify billing information
Verify shipping information
Request additional documentation
Delay shipment pending verification
Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

Customers will be notified if additional verification is required.


 

14. Force Majeure

Golden Gate Eagle LLC shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
